I was in a league in st. Louis, Missouri where we played one round in the day and one round in the dark. We put glow lights on the baskets, had glow discs and handheld blacklights to illuminate the discs(works incredible). If you have interest let me know. I would like some suggestions on how to run the league. If we can't get a league going we can always just enjoy a round at night. If youve never done it, and you love disc golf, you will very much enjoyment a night disc golf. I was thinking Monday nights or Wednesdays. Call me if interested 208 610 5157.or post comments and ideas. Thanks.
OfflineI'd play. Where would we hold it? Centennial and Loomiller are both lit, which would kinda spoil it. We would have to make sure we have permission from the park as well. Many parks close at dusk, and I've been harrassed by Johnny Law before playing glow.
You can get tiny chemlights on the cheap in the fishing lure aisle. They'r called bobber lights, and are about a buck apiece.
Glow is a blast if you've never tried!!
Just ordered a dozen lights online and I got glow sticks! Come show.up at centennial park on Tuesday for a glow round. Bring 5 bucks should have enough lights!
I Got enough leds and led glow sticks for many months to come! Come have a blast with us every Tuesday night! This week is at loomiller and next will be back at centennial. I will be organizing a night round at birds nest coming up on one of these tuesdays. That will truly be an awesome glow round experience. So, come on out and join the "night trace ace" Tuesday night glow!
